Message After a turbo when out on a stouty stock turbo/block build we went in a high comp and gtx direction :-)

custom CP pistons from Kyle at IPP 10.5 CR

compared to a 8.5 CR Wiseco

ASH GTX 2863 with 3inch v band intake. The fitment is honestly as easy at the 2.5 inch kit other than cramming in the 3 inch couplers under the headlights. Lube helps ;-). We also changed out the 2.5 re-circulation charge pipes for tial BOV pipes. The JWT filters were dropped for a set of 3inch slip on K & N X-Stream filters pictured later

3 inch all the way

BDE just because

bottom end back from cyro treatment and machine shop along with an rb25 we put them on the scales for fun the VG wins...

FYI vg short block is 183lbs

L19 heads and mains

Heads back from machine shop all with JWT r5 cams

BDE cam gears, then the lower intake dropped in with BDE top feed fittings and ramey Z studs slipped in

fast forward Turbos, BDE low Pros, DEI t28 turbo jackets, and a EP racing pan installed and shes ready to go in.

ATI super damper

Turbo jackets a pretty snug to the block on the driver side. A little materiel is removed from the ear to fit.

So the engines in, lets fresh up the suspension. All the goody links and bars with all other remaining bushings swapped to SPL and ES.A stetch welded and boxed up subframe stripped and powder coated. Tein Coilovers controlled by the new Tein Pro Active EDFC which uses wheel speed and g sensors to independently adjust each corner.

R230 resealed and spl bushings installed

Had to make a hole in our box for the e brake cables

1999 trans going to take some pain

MT ET Streets

Dual pumps and relays controlled by AEM, Power passes though the fuel pump hanger with a Radium Engineering 4 wire bulk head harness over the flaky OEM bulk head circuits. If you guys haven't seen the fuel stuff that Radium Engineering carries you should go to the site and check it out.

Rear mount fuel filter and Flex fuel sensor with -6 aeroquip hose to and from BDE fuel rails

Working out the AEM EMS wiring and dual widebands.

Much less plumbing clutter with the BOVs over re circulation set up

3 inch intake piping snaked in underneath the 2.5 charge pipes.

ash manifolds dont hide.

Now on to the tuning with Jeff Callaway a good friends of mine and a well experienced AEM tuner. Once Z32 TT slick top owner, and tuned his AEM rb25 to a 10.8 quarter mile.

Strapped to a Mustang Dyno we giver all shes got. ont he current wastegate preload only 26 psi was tapped but that didnt hold it back much.

774 mustang WHP! lets dial in the launch control and boost per gear.

In car road testing and setting boost per gear video La-Z-Link

At IFO we cought a 130plus trap speed but just couldnt stick a great 60 foot in the 5 passes we got in first time out, but we did head over to the dyno comp were we took the trophy at 831whp on a dyno dynamics

La-Z-Link

Well that was fun. Lets tear it all down and throw it in a 2700lb slicktop

Its gonna be a WILD RIDE!!! La-Z-Link
